Client Personal Data Processing Consent
- By completing this questionnaire I acknowledge and agree to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Malyshok Maria Yuryevna (OGRN 324774600108098, INN 773316204680) in accordance with Privacy Policy. I confirm that all information provided by me is accurate and complete.
- give my consent to the Organizer to process and transfer my personal data to third parties for the purpose of providing information and consulting services, as well as for the purpose of concluding, executing, and terminating service agreements with third parties (including experts engaged to provide the Services). The Organizer undertakes to use the personal data and other confidential information about the Program Participant solely for the purpose of providing information and consulting services, and not to transfer or disclose to third parties any documentation and information about the Participant in its possession.

I acknowledge that Processing of Personal Data includes any action (operation) or set of actions performed with or without the use of automation tools, i.e. collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
3. Consent to receive information and to use reviews and materials
3.1. I consent to receive from the Organizer advertising SMS mailings, as well as other types of advertising and marketing mailings and notifications using any means of communication, including, but not limited to, the following: email, telephone, postal mailings, messengers, and social networking sites.
3.2. I consent to the Organizer's use of my reviews of the Organizer's services purchased by me, left by me on social networks, messengers, and on the Organizer's website, for the purpose of posting such reviews on the Organizer's platform, in informational and advertising materials. This consent is valid from the date of completion of the questionnaire.
3.3. I give my consent to the Organizer for the publication and further use of my image in photo and video materials, as well as captured in separate frames of such video materials, and also captured in any other image objects, for the purpose of placing such image on the Organizer's platform, in the Organizer's informational and advertising materials, and for any other purposes related to the Organizer's activities and not contradicting current legislation. This consent is valid from the date of completion of the questionnaire.
3.4. The consent per Chapter 3 may be revoked by sending a notification to the Organizer at the email address:

4. Consent to limitations on training materials usage
4.1. I undertake to use the information received from the Organizer and the Organizer's experts solely for their own training, not to make video and/or audio recordings of webinars, and not to distribute any part of the received materials on the Internet or through other channels of information dissemination, regardless of the motive. The training materials used in the process of providing information and consulting services are protected by copyright in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on copyright and related rights. The Program Participant does not have the right to modify, publish, transfer to third parties, participate in the sale or assignment, create derivative products, or otherwise use, in part or in full, the content of the training materials.
